no he couldn't move his arm, I think he was thinking it was the same arm the pushed mc in the first car accident, he even got physical therapy to help with his arm. if I remember correctly even his family thought he was attempting suicide and sent him to get help and he used that to get some time alone
I thought he lost his memories at the car accident. Turns out he actually drove off a cliff cause he couldn't bear being without Jiyoung (Hakyung)...Bro this shit is too sad
