I believe in the culture that quitting is a huge no no and if you quit it's hard to get another job or something. Fact check me, I could be wrong.
I think that’s a bigger deal in Japan. However, you can hire people to quit for you. Giving apology letter, presents, all that shit. You need to coordinate it like some sort of scandal, hiring a freaking PR team.
