They reverted back the changes lol. They don't want to get in trouble, that's why we got 10 pulls from it.

Ohhh I remembered when neuvillette first came out his charged attack was around 30k? now I only see 16k, I might have remembered it wrong ig(^-^;
Idk man. My neuv is only level 60, no set bonus, 33/277 crit ratio, talents 4/1/1, but he 'ocassionally' hits 30k, and his charge attack reaches 10k-20k. It will really depend on the build.
Im still building him rn, but it's so hard since i didn't prefarm (did not expect to get him). Im out of mora anddddd exp.
