They have no friends or family to know what any relationships are. They only see a male and female being friendly and think it’s love or see 2 same sex people being friendly and won’t shut up about how they must be gay. Some of these people really need a wake up call

Literally most of the relationships he has with these girls are platonic. I dunno how rotted some of y'all's brains are if you can't recognize that his relationship with the maid and dragon is definitely platonic because they're basically parent/child relationships. And maybe this is a foreign concept to some of yall, but you can totally just have normal friendships with the opposite gender and it's not weird at all
If you go on one of the actual harem comics, it's always just a bunch of girls trying to get with the MC all the time or wanting to do X rated things, but this comic doesn't seem to be that way
