here is what I got from personal analysis:
everyone betrays the MC at some point and thats why his relationship with Zuosen is "special" since he says he is the "only one" who will never betray him (although really he already did by being an annoying bitch to the guy who saved him)
*Daniel is for sure one of the founders of Kalfa and the supressor he gave Jing is probably a different drug
*The blue haired omega he saved as a child called him a slut and attacked him
*This Interpol guy just betrayed him in ch 43
*The omega in the island betrayed him in ch 22
*My personal theory is that Zuosen's father is alive and he is the other founder of Kalfa, thus he is the other person from his past that will betray him
so yeah I feel bad for MC no wonder he is so gloomy when everyone is like this to him
