Pistilverse (피스틸버스) is a trope in South Korean fandoms wherein almost all humans experience an "awakening" during puberty that assigns them into one of two botanically-inspired groups. These groups are denoted by marks on the person's body, and can determine whether and how they bear children, as well as some other traits that govern sex, relationships and biology.

It's not completely omegaverse since there are marks on their body that distinguish their traits. What kind of marks are they?? I wanna knowwwww ╥﹏╥
The marks from what I saw are flowers, and I didn't understand very well but it seems that they only appear after a stamen and a pistol sleep together, now for manhwas with this universe I haven't seen any, but if I find any I'll let you know
