Im pretty sure Rishar(ml) does know that etienne(mc) is a dominant omega, while the art style has also slightly changed from the beginning as well, but the ml does know that mc is an omega.

I have a question. Was there an art change or does the ml not kwn about mcs dominant omega status. His blue eyes don’t look the same as the dominant omega in beginning to me.(like when the medicine wears off)
