I was curious before too but I think I know the answer now since I'm also rooting for Jeongwoon now. To me before, I thought blondie was a yandere who liked fl for no reason but I know now that he was actually truly in love and he also wants the fl to be safe, to get out of the dangerous life she is living. As for Jaehyung, have you ever heard of this saying "A broken person can't heal another broken person?" Yeah, I understood that he is severely mentally ill. He is broken on the inside and needs someone to "heal" him. He made the FL feel guilty and forced her to love him, regardless of what she feels like. She is already in so much pain but all he could think of was "How could you do this to me" and "why did you betray my trust" and "please love me, heal me." Remember how Jeongwoon comforted her by giving her a hug when she was bleeding all over the body? And the look on his face when he was dying for her and the car was falling off the cliff? That's the type of man FL deserves. Blondie has always been the right person to heal her. The main reason I liked Jaehyung before was because of the same reason, that Blondie might be strong enough to continue his life without her but Jaehyung might die without her (cause he's already broken) but I changed my mind cause imagine if you were in the FL's place. She deserves blondie.

I mean for me since the beginning. The signs were always there if but if I'm being honest, I always like mysterious guy [yandere guys], that's soft on the mc, but then gets scary when the mc gets hurt. Though the author did almost fool me when I thought JW died, which almost made me dropped this lol. When I found out he was alive I continuously reread this [since the goddarn translation has me deciphering this shit] to see if its possible that JH that might be the ml, but I just couldn't see it, both guys has shown kind gesture towards the mc but other than him taking he bullet for her, JW still took the cake for me from taking in both her and the hacker, giving them shelter and hope, stopping her from committing su*cide, giving her hints, helping to fix her friendship with pinky cause she looks happier with her and last but not least shielding her from a FCKING TRUCK and still trying to comfort her when he's the one hurt bandage for a shoe blister, helping her from tripping don't mean shit compare to that *coughs* JH.....

And if anything JH was with the bully that attack the mc, almost killing her, he also didn't even care for pink hair when she was getting attack and made fun off [yes he was half asleep but when he was awake, he still didn't do shit]


If you'd follow the author long enough you'll know that this is their first manhwa and didn't mean to make JW looks sus [or some people call "creepy"] the whole "she's 2 timing" was just the manhwa's bad presentation on how she's investigating both guys cause they also want to show the romance and for us to be confused on who the ml is, in which the author later regret since JH fans started attacking them on IG and Twitter [cause apparently they gave mixed signal lmao like yeah no shit, u want this shit to be predictable, welp I'm done]

Both of them are toxic and has their own pros and cons. One of the most disliked features that draws a person away from being the mc is extreme manipulation.and that is jae. He’s extremely manipulative when it comes to wanting validation from her. On the their hand blondie took in both of them to their house without wanting to know clear reason. He tricks her into getting kisses and affection but not in an extremely forcing way
