I don't know what will happen next because I've only seen people telling about it. If I remember correctly, she really was the father's daughter but died young, so her body was possessed by something evil and now she's acting like that. I don't fully remember, but that's just what I can recall:(
I feel quite relieved that no one seems to be falling for her show as a sweet, pitiful child, but after reading a spoiler, it made me feel really bad about her T.T
