I don't think it's horrible for the artist to put their work in all available formats. Kudos to them, and I hope they generate lots of money! What I find deplorable is the uploader thinking I want to read the same COMPLETED story over again in a different format, instead of picking on an UNFINISHED story.
Trying to do a "webtoon" re-format for a perfectly good Manga is such a horrible thing to do
