Anan loves blue you can already see she likes him but in a cute way. Ana doesn't speak so blue never heard her say it. But deep down he knew . He gets with Anan when she is a teen. When her mum left she started to live with him and she fell in love. They made love when she was older and had a son later on she had alot of children but the older wanted to be leader and killed his dead he then decides to make is mum anan his mate but anan breaks the windows of her room and drowns . She was so heart broken she lost blue that she decides to end it. Her son when he do her grieved for her and then the beautiful part was blue was waiting for anan soul and there where anan talks and tells blue that she always loved him and now there souls can be together for ever ╥﹏╥ the ending was so beautiful. Anan loved only blue.
Also, when blue died she wanted to join him right away but she was pregnant with a female so she stayed alive long enough to wean the female and allow the males to take care of her. Also, the son was called silver and he killed blue but also died alone because he refused to mate with his sister and considered anan to be his only mate. Blue and anan were together in the end as a white and black diamonds in the mermaid graveyard. They can see each other in soul form at night.

Plus FL did not abandon her kids; she was abruptly transported back to her modern times and her husbands follow after she summons them using the mate link ( which only work for stripeless beasts, so Parker and Winston only managed to follow after the became stripeless.) she has no ability to control her inter dimensional teleportation - only that her mates are lucky they have a means to reach her via mate link as they almost went crazy after losing their “connection” when she disappeared from their world

If I remember correctly there's like an apocalyptic level event in the beast world and the MC managed to find a way to flee back to her world but so did a lot of the beast people. And so she abandons all her children and her daughter with Blue mermaid dude and he genuinely takes good care of her and she falls for him and he too and they're together. He provides for her but then he dies/gets killed by the other mermen jealous he had the only female and he wouldn't breed her or something. HOLD ON MY BAD I JUST REMEMBER IT WAS HER SON!!!!!!!!!!!! UM SORRY ?? IT WAS HER SON SHE HAD ONE CHILD HE KILLED HIS DAD CAUSE HE WAS JEALOUS AND HE TRIED TO RAPE HIS MOM I THINK HE SUCCEEDED (ANAN) and she was so struck with grief over losing her partner and that her son killed him and would do something like that to her that she KILLED HERSELF! THAT WAS THE END OF HER STORY.
