Happened to me the same. I have read until the last chapter and it’s basically a slice of life about the babies, their families and friends. I don’t think there will be too much romance, but is still cute (●'◡'●)ﾉ

I watched the anime a few years ago and started to get curious about the manga. Is it just about the daily lives of babies or is there more story in it? Just really curious before I start reading it ( ≧Д≦)
