I dunno why in manga they always make it like smoking is sexy....Smoking is just...My neighbour smokes 24/7, I'm a plant lover, I can't do any gardening whenever he smokes because the second hand smoke is so smelly it burns my lungs cuz I have a little asthma. And I have some relatives who died of lunch cancer because someone in their family smoked. I hate it when people smoke. Or even worse, teach other people to smoke

Exactly! That's the point. The smell isn't some faint, minty cool smell. It's a strong and distasteful smell that smells like burnt paper. And people who smoke not only have yellow teeth they also have a lot of other symptoms that nicotine does to them. It's not sexy it's horrible .

Yeah and the fact that this media never shows the people smoking having any of those symptoms is crazy. it’s like smoking makes you hot without problems except in reality there’s many long term consequences.

I hate how this also happens with drinking in stories because of how normalized being an alcoholic is.

but on the other side, smoking and alcohol are only bad when consumed frequently long term, just drink and smoke moderately and legally, when you’re body’s developed.
