welp base on what i read somewhere he is the "real crown prince" and his family escape to north when there's a war or something i cant remember he was still a baby back then I guess so the current king took over ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I also believe that the ML is true descendent of the throne. Because he too didn't care about the opposite gender until he met her. And that's why FL mark shows up with him & not the actual crown Prince.
