I was thinking the same until I saw the first panels of the 30th chapter, that mothor fa.. Gunner was with his gang members when Theo didn't even left the elevator of the building, I don't understand Korean but I guess Gunner approached Theo again just because he's a lawyer and needs him in his dirty work... I hope I'm wrong though.
