I wonder if panther knows the old man is broke not because of the decreased guards but because he owes him money. Panther seems like he fucks the people that owe him money considering the first chapter he fucked the MC when he was in debt

He might know, panther is so confusing. We have no idea what he remembers and what he doesn't, what he knows and what he doesn't it's hard to predict what he will do next or know his motives.
Which sometimes makes it hard to follow the plot but I still like it though

But in that one guy's (the one with a grudge against panther) memories, he confirms that panther is the son of president Yoo. I'm pretty sure panther knew it was MC who came for a deal so he took his place.

That old man probably told him that he was his lover to keep an eye on panther who lost his memories. Also to feel powerful. Imagine making the rush from making this powerful dude have to be reduced to a bed warmer (fake but everyone else believes it). ╮(￣▽￣)╭ we still don't have much clues on who the old man actually is yet. We just know he's working with MC's fake friend (who hates panther).
