I think in one of the past chapters his actions hinted he was kind of hiding their relationship? I don't think he's ready to be out esp in school but I could be wrong. I do think he likes the mc but he does care about what others think of him.
Yeah I agree but I didn't mean their relationship but more of his personality? He seemed a lot nicer and understanding before. I thought he'd be more worried about MC's safety than angry (understandably he's right to be mad considering he isn't aware of the hypnosis). Maybe it's just his facial expressions throwing me off （￣へ￣)
yk i think the author might be trying to make him less attractive and less friendly each chapter in case people might want to root for him
