yes, he does care for his brother. but because he was restrained in the household he grew up in. he's akward with his methods.
it was mentioned in early chapters... he was jealous of dojun for growing up not in their grandfather's hands cuz he didn't know what actually happened to dojun growing up. so I think, his brother was also abused by their grandfather
