Looking for a manga

So I’m looking for a Chinese manga (idk what you call them) and it’s bl. It’s about the mc who plays the piano and is going to major in music? I think and so the reason why he’s majoring in music is because of the ml? Not sure but they went to the same high school and when the ml graduated he left like a mark on mc’s neck(it looks like a hickey) I think and so they meet again when mc is at college? But like after they are able to switch bodies for a couple of minutes. And I think mc is not doing well in school like with the piano or something. The ml is like a rich guy not sure what his job is tho. If you know any that’s close enough plz tell me I read this a long time ago and I just could not remember the name
