
This is just my interpretation--so I could be wrong, but this is how I took it:
You said in the last sentence of your comment that, "Lizzie doesn’t mean any harm but it’s about the execution yk.", which I agree with btw!! The last word was "execution". You meant the word as how something like a plan being carried out. But execution also means to kill someone. Both ways of the word (even though you meant it the first way) can be used for Lizzie seeing as how he's a killer and has executed people.

I think the mc is being very reasonable with why he’s upset with Lizzie. If we’re being real, Lizzie was taking advantage of his kindness without any regard for how the mc felt, and he just went along with it. He’s not upset abt him killing that pos step brother but about everything else. Lizzie doesn’t mean any harm but it’s about the execution yk
