Unfortunately this is mainly because japanese yaoi have this kind of thing in every other manga so people have just gotten used to it. I remember I was also very put off when I first started reading japanese mangas but unfortunately explicit consent is very hard to find in these mangas. Most yaoi authors have a screw lose I'm afraid
I don't get the comments section. The seme on the first story literally raped the uke on the first chapter, But everyone's just ignoring it? Second story also had Pedophilia,rape, and abuse. But again ignoring it and only commenting about how "cute" it is. People are weird.
