I guess in this world it's based on the secondary gender. Like who gives birth is the mom and the other one is dad. That makes sense imo
Yup!!! If you read the side stories on love is an illusion, one of the sides couples parents, who is referred to as dad, is a female alpha. And it makes sense because Dojins sister is an alpha and has male genitals.
The fact that the author didnt age the parents is kind of lazy.
