(read the whole novel). Yes, he never deleted Wooyeon number when he tutored him, so when he called Dohyun, the name popped up. But he already knew it was wooyeon from when they met again and heard his name.
So did mc change his number? If not, Is that why the ml started smirking when he was called by mc by phone, cuz he recognised the number as its under the same name?
