Psychologically it had no impact on him in terms of trauma only served for the alpha to swoop in and save him. I've read a few where the alpha helps them through that trauma after and to be ok with someone's touch. That's better than just using it and having the omega be completely fine after cuz if that was gonna be the case why have it at all
