Actually, I think this makes the story better. He loved him so much, he literally sacrificed his own happiness to protect him. Specially since it sounds like the uke's father was abusive and the seme didn't want him to suffer more because of him. It's sweet!
I didn't expect u all to be this shock lol it's kinda funny , but yah seme did everything for uke. He is tooo much of green flag.
