I think that calling it a “psychological horror” is a perfect way to describe this. I’ve read some fucked up shit and didn’t flinch but this story makes me so unsettled for some reason.

You can't escape seeing r*pe in yaoi but straight up blackmail too? I mean ik sometimes they have the threat of blackmail in other yaoi, but Ik this author would have the top follow through. Not to mention they already sent the image to the friend. This is truly a 'the crowd goes silent' moment. Also, why do they always write the bottom as an asshole, douchey type character and use that to justify them being r*ped? We're only 5 chapters in but I know their other stories so ik the authors pattern...
When it's psychological horror that's one thing, but this author writes smut like this for the sake of it. But I literally can never read it without feeling like I'm reading psychological horror. On one hand I believe in 'don't like don't read' but man I really wonder who tf enjoys this, or if the author really thinks they're cooking.
I think I just personally don't like the author cause of the massive disappointment they gave the s&m community. People were so excited for s&m themed webtoons but it turned out to be the most dangerous, stereotypical type stories. Basically felt like what people who don't do s&m fantasize it being. Or the type of people who get into s&m thinking they can do whatever they want
