I may be wrong but I think especifically in this case, it makes sense he wouldn't want have sex with FL, especially after what happened to Hanna. He was using her, and risking getting her pregnant would be very bad for the liver transplant thing.
Where did it say that he met her solely for her liver? He dated her for a while already. Also, like in ch 9 and other chapter, he kept saying how FL got a nice body.

ngl its funny how korean shojo authors try to keep FL virginity only for ML. I just read a story of FL married 4 times but still Virgin even tho she was said to be very pretty. and then this one, where FL's ex-bf got a girl pregnant, used to date a lot, and wanted to sleep right away with his current (soon-to-be ex) fiancee, but had no desire to sleep with FL even tho she gave his mother a part of her liver.
