Chapter 63 makes it seem like Hana's miscarriage was natural ( don't know the accurate term for it). However, in the novel it's explicitly told the trash ex's mom drugged the foods which caused Hana to have a miscarriage.
I guess because they emphasized that the food was home made and that they disappeared right after that exchange told me that they had poisoned her. I didn’t get the vibe at all that it was a natural miscarriage.

Good point. I guess since the novel mentioned it explicitly, the way manhwa portrayed it seemed quite subtle to me.
Since it's manhwa and so it's revealed with pictures. In the novel, the author needs to emphasize the words to pass the message. In manhwas Or any comic in that sense, the messages are passed through actions, expressions, etc. Since we can see them and interpret them
