I think you misunderstood. They weren't saying that because he is korean. They're saying it because a few months ago korean women were protesting against korean men as they were assaulting women left and right. Some of the them even deepfaked female kpop idol's faces onto disgusting images and they were extremely misogynistic. Like literally threatening to r-ape women on korean sites and joking about it. I know we shouldn't categorise all men but with the amount of korean incels out there, it's actually rare to find a decent one. (sorry my english english is bad)

I completely understand that, the behaviour of some men is absolutely deplorable trust me I can say the same for a lot of russian men too (I'm slavic) and I know about the nth room case, it's horrible that they can get away with just a slap on the wrist. as a half-korean, i agree with the previous comment too. thanks god there are exceptions but most of them are just trash and problematic, and that’s totally normal for them.
