You ... You are joking right ? Do you realize how deep abuse get ingrained ? How it makes you question everything you do and eveyrthing you think ? How each one of your actions you question for days, months, years on end ? Trauma follows you everywhere, you can't escape it, it's pervasive. Girl just got out of her family clutch, you can't expect her to heal that fast

Flight, fight, freeze, fawn : we never know how we are going to react facing danger. Dangerous situations can bring forth our strenghts like our weaknesses. PTSD tends to act up particurlarly in situations of danger

I get that she has trauma from the words that were continuously repeated to her by that "sister" of hers but girl, you already know all abt your family and all that,... she's too soft, toughen up girl. You thinking abt that first in that situation?? Really?? At least think of escaping first??
