Maybe in the west, but this story plays in korea. Not only a country with bad bullying, but also a country with laws that protect those who hurt or even murder others. There was an true crime report of children around 13 i think, commiting murder and other crimes, but due to them being underage, they're left off with just a slap on the wrist. There also will be no criminal records for them, since they get a wipe after they've turned into an adult. They basically got away with murder and learned that nothing has consequences, thus becoming notorious bullies after entering high school. But what im saying is, while ofc being dramatized, stuff like this can happen. I especially can imagine it happening right now, after hearing about so many disturbing reports. I mean, suicide rate in korea is pretty high, also in high schooler, and you rarely hear stories that ends with the bullies getting what they deserve. Humanity and its history of violence is pretty disturbing once you dive deep enough.
Maybe do some research before downplaying real life events... You've obviously never heard of bullying cases in Asia
Heh I'm not downgrading anything, this shit could have happened like 15-20 years ago and it did, but nowadays with era of easy Internet and smartphones this is not possible. I read stuff about it, I'm sorry to all those people who lived through it but no1 will tell me that this is happening right now and is not being leaked somewhere, just tik tok on its own destroyed many lives of bullies who did this shit back in the day and that is just one of many apps. Now victims have so many ways to fight back, just by posting anything remotely rude not to mention showing proof of ppl breaking someone's legs and stuff... And you all know that Internet never forgets, once posted it will always stay at someones cloud, so no money can hide it. I genuinely don't believe this is possible to happen and stay buried, as is in the shown universe of this webtoon. That is my opinion. This is school drama from 20 years ago made cartoonish by trying to dump it in the wrong time line. If they gave them nokias 3310 not smartphones I wouldn't comment at all but as it stands it's just over dramatic piece to which I'm entitled to have my opinion; same as you are free to disagree with.
