only if he’s an omega. alpha’s aren’t born with the ability to carry children. at least that’s how it should be. i don’t remember their previous life too well but for some reason aeroc was able to have kids so maybe he can in this life too.

I think Aeroc is an omega and the reason his father was too hard on him was because he knows but tried to raise him up and toughen him as an Alpha
that would make sense. i was thinking more about it and i think i remember kloff forcefully changing him to carry his children in place of the omega he lost. but my memory isn’t that great.
that is to say that right now he’s still an alpha and unable to get pregnant.
I think in this life he’s an Omega, as ML keeps mentioning smelling omega pheromones on him and also MC buying suppressants
He did slowly transition into an omega as soon as he met kloff again. It kinda like awakened inside him.
