Yes why would their son turn out this way. Wouldn't be be soft and respectful if he had shenyu as a parent. Full of plotholes

And the mc from first story still seems like a horrible minister / person just probably not to shenyu and it doesn't seem like shenyu has a position if power ( I dropped this when the 2nd ml arrived in their country )
Me too! I was so excited until I saw a repeat of his father, is like he learnt nothing and taught his son how to be toxic
At this point Im realizing being a complete ass/tyrant is genetic in this story.
I feel like that's poor writing, there's no way that ShenYu would allow his son to grow up with the same attitude as his dad.
