Most korean manhwa artist even mosaic or went as far as to draw a fairy to replace the cockroach to protect the reader's eyes, what makes you think they would draw the most ugliest, hideous human being?
It's also a bit unfortunate some of these manhwa authors suffer the same face syndrome. They always draw the same perfect face for men or women.
The fact that people is complaining that she's not ugly. Of course she's not ugly, the artist made her like that because if she's really drawn to be hideous, I doubt people, especially korean who really values beauty, would bother reading this. It wouldn't be aesthetically pleasing for them, no?
