As far as I interpret his actions until now, blonde Seme tries to ease his guilt (consciously or unconsciously) by protecting the police son from whatever or whomever. He probably doesn't know what to do either. Telling him the truth one day or killing him or giving him the chance for revenge...he probably doesn't know either.

It’s obvious the Seme didn’t really kill his father, that it was a set up by the red eyed scarred dude. But still, it’s sooo icky that ML wants to keep MC close to him despite thinking he killed his dad, even after the MC tried to quit his job. He obviously doesn’t give a shit about his own hand, why is he trying to guilt trip MC? What does he gain from having him close? I’m curious bc it doesn’t seem like he’s fallen in love yet. Maybe it’s because of selfish reasons, like he although he’s not fallen in love yet he still doesn’t want to cut off contact with MC?
