this sounds like the stuff teachers say when a student is being bullied: "Just take it, they are probably experiencing something at home that is making them act this way." Well guess what, the fact of the matter is that someone else has been hurt by his actions, and he is not owning up to that. He is not changing, and he's actively looking for another victim. His past is an explanation, NOT AN EXCUSE.
I don't find him as abusive as other top red flags tho. I still think he's better than most I mean he paid off Dan's debt and granny's hospital bills, he's just a cold, indifferent and hot tempered guy who doesn't know how to navigate his emotions. I find his character amusing and interesting. I just wish we can read his back story already so that we can understand him better.
the best term to describe this is sexual coercion. Jaekyung is using wealth to create a power dynamic where Dan is the vulnerable party. Dan's consent in this scenario would not be considered valid because he didn't have any other feasible option.
and before you try and go there, saying 'no' to the deal would have meant starvation, homelessness, and the end of treatment for his grandmother. he wasn't in a position to say no, hence he was forced into the deal.
The opinion that I was referring to is the very first post that I shared. Speaking with a fool like you is really reducing my life span and for the last time I have voted more number of times than you considering your way of speech. I'm tired now. Even if you reply to this comment I'm gonna ignore you. Go spread your hate on other places...
I know what I'm about to say will trigger some people but its been on my mind for a while now. Do we really know who Joo Jaekyung is. His parents, how he became a Top star in boxing, his trauma( judging from chap. 54)......Like do we really know who HE really is to judge him???
