It is mostly like the overly large lips paired with the undetailed hair and dark skin. If you were to search up like decorations from the South (especially during slavery) depicting black people you would see the same thing

It looks like the doll/souvenir is doing black face. Her mouth doesn’t look open, it looks like she has bright pink lips that used to make fun of black peoples features to dehumanise them.
