Yes you’re right! Snakes take about a week or so to shed and their eyes will turn blue for a few days, then appear normal. Once they officially shed it should come off all in one piece including their eye caps since they don’t blink :>
When their eyes turn blue it makes them temporarily blind (●'◡'●)ﾉ
