Byul's probably the prettiest alpha ever drawn. I wouldn't be surprise if the author does a switcha-roo and he is really a super omega or some kind of hybrid of both even if the author decides to go that route. HOWEVER seems like the author also has a goal of pairing all the omegaverse genders together so most likely Byul and Jiwoo will stay alphaXalpha too.
