It does give off that impression, but so far he didn't turn into an omega. The blonde friend is trying to make him one but that's how the 1st season ended so we shall see in the 2nd season (people say in the 10th it will start again).

I haven’t touch this in a hot minute, (only seen until ch3) I remember that MC is a beta, and the story gave me the impression that he’ll somehow turn into an Omega like a late-bloomer trope or sumn. So did he? Or no?
