Use DESKTOP SETTING while reading the manga. Whatever pic you want to add just click on it and automatically album chat box will open up. There you can add any picture with link and create album. For album cover, when you created the album > click on the picture you want to keep as cover pic > there you see an edit option, click on it and there is one option of putting it as album cover.
