Maybe it wasn’t mentioned but many things can happen so maybe they did have a daughter. Alphas and betas can get pregnant too, it’s just that they can’t get easily pregnant as omegas do

Actually no, Fargo was explicitly clear abt how only alphas and omegas and opposite sex couples can get pregnant.
Heesso can't get pregnant since he's a beta so they adopted
Same with the last couple, the beta can't get the omega pregnant so they use a donor

In this particular story, betas can't get pregnant by alphas or get omegas pregnant, so heeso getting pregnant is impossible
