ill spoil a little if you want haha, if you were hoping for ML to die then this is bad news cuz the MC gets attached to ML and gives him the antidote. Also the ML is like obsessed with MC and i think in the novel his obsession is shown better than in the manga jahahahah

I had my suspicions that he knew what they were plotting. Since he tricked the mc into doing that painting therapy, and obviously when he drew that cannon he knew what the mc was capable of. Also it's clear that it doesn't add up with the way he's treated to be the adopted son of the chieftain.
I also thought that he knew about the toxin of sleeping with, him but already knows the cure or knows it's fake.
