Horus is hella fine and from the beginning, I knew they are endgame and I was looking forward to it but it changed as the story went. From Seth's character he values his family and I empathized with him when he wanted them back esp when it was revealed back then too that somehow the real Nepthys is trapped and the one outside is a fake, and in latest chapter (173 or 174?) we see they truly LOVED each other. Seth is redeeming and holding himself together because of the promise Anubis told him at the end of the trial, which is them being FAMILY again. It pricked at my conscience that although Seth and Nepthys are both victims, they can't go back to the way it is before again. But anw I just want him to be happy, wether it is with his family again or Horus.

And anyway I said it from my point of view and asked if 'we read the same story' because I'm genuinely curious too if you're understanding where I'm coming from and understand not just Seth's struggles and development but also others suffering and misfortune.
of course i do but at the end of the day for me im reading it for the romance aspect so i would be very sad if it didn't go the way i wanted it to. i also have a hard time understanding this story in general though its very complicated and hard to keep facts straight

Horus does love Seth but there's some things he did that didn't sit well with me too, even if it was under the influence of Sekhmet. Isis on the other hand, is hurt and suffering too but it's really hard to relate to her, because GIRL if that was me I'm saving my brother from my husband who is a rapist, but she looked the other way. I just imagine them as a family again in another universe to save myself from the demise. The shit hits you just right where it hurts vro.
