That's true, but when you're so used to neglect, sometimes you need to be removed from the abuse to be able to look back and recognize you're better off without. Sejin wouldn't have done that willingly. It'll take time and genuine love for him to see that
It's good that Ido cares for Sejin enough to remove his abusive family from his life but I don't think he should've done this without letting Sejin work through his feelings first. Often times we need to realize the abuse we went through ourselves before we realize what other people are saying is true i.e. the abuse. I think Sejin will have a hard time being happy/relieved that Ido did this.
