Anyone who remembers the Little Garden arc will catch this. It made me happy to see the author reaffirm it on page 14 of this chapter and remind us that Usopp’s big moment in Elbaf is coming

Yeah, I do remember, but I think Oda mentioned that the next arc is going to surpass the Marineford Arc. I also recall Oda saying that we're nearing the final saga. That makes me think that there might not be enough room for an arc focused on Usopp. Instead, this feels more like a pit stop with the end goal in mind
