lmao sorry, a serious answer: Idk if Korean webtoon creators are the same, but Japanese artists like to use meaningful holidays sometimes. Like a romantic character gets 2/14 (valentines), a childish character gets 5/5 (children's day), a fool gets 4/1 (april fools), or a rabbit themed character gets 8/2 (ba-ni).
Children's day is quite popular so a lot of characters I know have 5/5.
but real question though hoe do artists come up with a birthday for their oc's?
