Ch 84: Oscar says she has always been like this when referring to Ines. Why would he say this when everyone in Mendoza is shocked by how much Ines has changed since she returned from Mendoza? It’s a big hint the author is giving readers that Oscar has memories. The entire Mendoza arc is to highlight how much Carcel’s love has impacted Ines to the point that she’s glowing. No one has seen her like this in this timeline especially Oscar.

There is another timeline before the timelines that Ines remembers. That mysterious TL is the first timeline in which Luciano killed Oscar through public execution.

Luciano. The crown prince hates Luciano the most and fears him the most. That’s another reason why it’s great Carcel chose her brother to protect her whenever he cannot be there to protect her himself.
