hii i translated this from spanish to english and basically i translated exactly how it was - spanish language is rlly weird about gender and using pronouns and stuff lol!! but it was translated years ago and looking at it now i feel like i couldve fixed the whole genderless boy and just put genderless instead and also pronouns ≠ gender but again it was in spanish so its complicated (づ￣ ³￣)づ
Dw this comment wasn’t really directed towards you as Ik translating is very hard and as readers we should be grateful that you even translated it in the first place I was more of talking about the comments on it not a single person (from what I saw) actually used the characters pronouns correctly calling them “boy,guy,him,his” it doesn’t really matter since yk? It’s fictional yet still was very confusing to me how not a single person didn’t call them “guy,boy, etc etc” don’t beat up yourself about it it was a good read ╮(￣▽￣)╭ I’m glad you took the time to translate it thank you
But why does everyone keep calling them a “he” or “boy”? They literally said multiple times “I’m genderless” “I’m not a boy” yet everyone still calls them “he/boy”
