As much as I absolutely love this story, I have to agree. It's such a shame, because Ennead is wonderfully written, and Seth's character development is seriously one of my favorites, but of course, there has to be something to ruin it. I don't exactly think that it's wrong to portray SA in your story, but what matters is why and how. The only ones I think were "necessary", if you can even say that, is the first two in season one, because they add something to the story. The rest are just kind of... there. because the author has a fetish. of course you can't change what other people are into, but it's times like this that I really wish I could.
This is something I've wondered too. I think maybe he understands that Sekhmet was involved with what Horus did to him during the trial, which is why he didn't have a grudge against Horus? And Horus did also tell him in the third match that he would never do something so terrible again. But even them, that doesn't explain why he's so comfortable around the foreign guy? The circumstances, I guess? Maybe he sees that ordeal like something he just had to go through? the foreign guy wouldn't take no for an answer, but he did "coerce" Seth into "agreeing" with it, sort of... I always figured it was just bad writing on Mojito's part, since she IS the one who writes this scene in quite graphic detail, but it might be her way of trying to display Seth's strong mental state? I base that assumption off of some of her tweets where she criticizes people for "babying" Seth, I guess. (The guy gets raped 7 times, who wouldn't?) Seth IS the god of war, and war is an ugly place. So I guess, it's just Seth being... desensitized...? I guess...? Anyways, the reason Seth hates Osiris isn't just because Osiris took advantage of him, but because Osiris displayed a level of genuine fucking MALICE that none of the other characters have even come close to doing. (the man ripped Seth's sons soul out of his body, and then told Seth of his plan to get Seth pregnant with his own sons soul??) I do think the way the assault played out also influences why Seth hates Osiris more than anyone else who's assaulted him. There were quite a lot of negative revelations about Osiris that day. Anyways, I should stop rambling here, otherwise I may never shut up
(I don't understand if my previous comment was uploaded entirety).. And yeah, you're right, Osiris is on ANOTHER LEVEL of psychotic, but anyway, I wish that if there are going to be "those kinds of scenes" they have a "meaning" beyond being pure fetish. I wish I could recommend this manhwa because it really is interesting and well written, but I feel that those kinds of scenes are out of place, they are atrocious, there are other ways to make Seth "pay for his beatings". But hey, it's the curse of the yaois, it seems that ALL of them have to have at least rapes or more
Here is free but you can also buy the translated on tappytoon and the raw on ridi.

The non mature is good to read even for those ok with the 18+ because it contains alternate art and dialogue for certain scenes.
I really like this story and these characters, but I'm really disgusted by all the sex scenes, in a manhwa with +175 chapters and there is not a single sex scene that is CONSENSUAL
